Nel periodo novembre - aprile l’affitto minimo è di 4 giorni, mentre nel periodo maggio - ottobre (alta stagione) l’affitto minimo è di una settimana. Si fa inoltre presente che è possibile affittare la struttura solamente per intero e non i singoli appartamenti.
